If you have already seen me at some point, whether that be on Instagram, at a Crossfit Affiliate or perhaps at a competition or even at the coffee shop, you may wander about who I am or what I do on a daily basis.
Therefore, through this blog I want to introduce you to the life as a Crossfit athlete and University student combined and show you the struggle and what it really takes to stay on top of everything and how I manage to combat obstacles that are thrown in my way.
I will talk about the thing that I love the most (Crossfit of course) and provide you with some awesome tips and tricks as far as training and recovery is concerned. To add to this, I am going to write some (hopefully) awesome reviews regarding many different things like books and products that could benefit your training. And lastly, every so often I will be updating my PR’s and food that I eat so that you can have a rough idea of what my lifestyle looks like.
